Warner Blake | ARTWORKS
This survey begins in 1972 with a rendering for an experimental stage design produced at Boston University. Fast forward some ten years to when I created The Million Dollar Band, an experimental use of puppets that led directly to a multi-year project: Soup Talks Trilogy -- inspired by my interest in the
START talks going on at the time.
The passing of my father in 1996, led to Reassembling Memories: Artworks Evolving from Inherited Objects that was exhibited at several locations around Seattle thanks to a grant from the former King County Arts Commission.
